Type	Select whether it is a defect or an enhancement. If you are unsure, just select task.
Full description	Ensure you enter the following details: Platform (such as PC or Mac); Operating system (such as Windows or Linux). If you are reporting a defect, describe the steps we need to take to reproduce the defect. Finally state what actually happened, and then state what you expected to happen.
Component	Select a value from the drop down list, and if unsure, select not_known
Version	Select from drop down list
