Go to the link above to enter a new ticket to report a bug or issue, or request an enhancement. You can skip the Priority, Severity, Assign to, Milestone and Keyword fields. You only need to enter data in the following fields:

Short summary	Brief description of your request
Type	Select whether it a defect or an enhancement. If you are unsure, just select Task.
Full description	Ensure you enter the following details: Platform (such as PC or Mac); Operating system (such as Windows or Linux). If you are reporting a defect, describe the steps we need to take to reproduce the defect. Finally state what actually happened, and then stating what you expected to happen.
Component	Select a value from the drop down list, and if unsure, select not_known
Version	Select from drop down list
Cc	If you wish to receive progress reports, enter your email address.
