Go to the link above to enter a new ticket to report a bug or issue, or request an enhancement. The following table gives guidance of what to enter in the new ticket fields. You can skip the fields entitled Priority, Severity, Assign to, Milestone and Keywords.:

Short summary	Brief description of your request
Type	Select whether it a defect or an enhancement. If you are unsure, just select Task.
Full description	Ensure you enter the following details: Platform (PC or Mac?), Operating system (such as Windows or ). If you are reporting a defect, describe the steps we need to take to reproduce the defect, stating what actually happened, and what you expected to happen.
Priority	Skip
Component	Select a value from the drop down list, and if unsure, select not_known
Severity	Skip
Assign to	Skip
Milestone	Skip
Version	Select from drop down list
Keywords	Skip
Cc	If you wish to receive progress reports, enter your email address.
