Type	Select whether it a defect or an enhancement. If you are unsure, just select Task.
Full description	Ensure you enter the following details:

Platform (PC or Mac?) Operating system (such as Windows or ) If you are reporting a defect, describe the steps we need to take to reproduce the defect Stating what actually happened

State what you expected happen.

Component	Select a value from the drop down list, and if unsure, select not_known
Version	Select from drop down list
Cc	If you wish to receive progress reports, enter your email address.
